CAR DRIVER HURT.
IN CRITICAL CONDITION.

A bail smash at the Pukuatua Street crossing, Rotorua, this morning resulted in very serious injury to Archie Fabling, 11 married man, aged 2i>. li\ing at Ohinemutu. He now lies in the Jtotorua Hospital with a fractured skull and serious internal injuries. His condition is extremely critical Mr. Fa tiling's car wan in collision with the outward 6.35 Rotorua-Fran Klin goods train. The train was immediately stopped and Mr. Fabling placed in the guard's van. It then backed to the Rotorua station and medical attention was given. There were no eye witnesses of the accident. The car was completely wrecked.
