(Received 1.30 p.m.) CAIRO, August 15. The Mediterranean Fleet, with 100 'planes, besides motorised troops, participated in manoeuvres at Alexandria, and Mersamatruh. were the biggest in the history of the Near East. At Alexandria there was a "black-out."
