Dispute.
RESIGNATION ACCEPTED. (Received 11.30 a.m.) . SYDNEY, this day. The Sydney 18-Footers' League has accepted the resignation of the skipper of the Taree, Mr. B. Swinbourne, which was handed in on July 18 as a protest against the disqualification of his boat at the championship racing in Auckland.
The league decided to send the world's championship cup to the New Zealand Inter-Dominion Yacht Racing Committee for presentation to the winner, -the Auckland boat Manu.
