TARANAKI ENTRIES.
Excellent entries have been received for tha combined meeting of the Taranaki and Egmont'Wanganui Hunt Club* to be held at New Plymouth on Thursday and Saturday, August 31 and September 2. There are 21 in the Duke ..of Gloucester Cup, which should provide plenty of material for a good race. Among the horses from the Auckland province engaged in the various events at the meeting are:— Solitary, Hum-a-Song, Bronze Step, Saccone, The Dozer, Susan, Mahalu, London, Very Glad, Rollicker, Young Paddon, Orate, Hunting Blood, May Song, Maxatn, Sir Lysandlr, Tosh and Du Matirier.
