ENGLISH BREEDS.
HURUNUI'S CONSIGNMENT.
FOXHOUNDS AND TERRIERS.
Consigned to a southern breeder, eight foxhounds and two wire-haired terriers were unleaded from the Xew Zealand Shipping Company's steamer Huiunui today. The dogs, which were purchased in England by the breeder, will be dispatched immediately. Quarantine for dogs is no longer necessary in the Dominion. The animals are admitted only from (Jreat Britain and certain Australian States. After a period of 60 days' isolation at the owner's home, during which regular inspection is carried out by (Government inspectors, they are allowed their freedom.
