MISHAP IN TUNNEL.
SOUTH BOUND LIMITED. DELAYED FOR AS HOUR. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) TAIHAPE, this day. A mishap to the couth-bound Limited expretiri in Tuihapc Tunnel delayed the train for over an hour this morninjr. The trail - was on time leaving hero, but when it was passin<r through the tunnel half a mile from the station a piston ro 1 broke. After some delay another engine was procured and the train was towed back to the station, where '.he crippled engine was replaced. It was fortunate that the mishap occurred where it did, as otherwise a greater have been caused.
