MURDER CHARGE.
NOT FIT TO APPEAR.
MARRIED WOMAN REMANDED
A married woman, Clare Noreen Hill, aged 24, arrested on August 5 on a charge of murdering Brian Holmes Hill on that date, did not appear in the Police Court to-day when the charge was read.
Detective-Sergeant P. J. Nalder saicl accused was not fit to appear and would not be for some weeks. Accordingly lie asked for an extended remand to September 4.
Mr. J. J. Sullivan, counsel for the accused, consented to the extended remand, which was granted by Mr. J. Morling, S.M.
