CAR'S FALL INTO RIVER.
■OLB OCCUPANT FOUND DEAD. (From Our Correspondent.) OISBORNE, Friday. A former woolbuyer lost hia life when a motor car crashed Into the TahAenui River, near Nuhaka, last night. The victim was Mr. Herbert Neil Galbrnith, single, aged about 40, manager of the wool department of the Hawko's Bay FurmorH , Co-operative. Association, Limited, Hastings. It in believed that lie was iilone in the ear. .Judging by marks on the road, the car failed to negotiate the bridge and crossed over the bank, striking the bank aotne tllntixnca below tho road and rolling 20ft Into the river. The body wae recovered later.
