Robert Guyon, Rome • correspondent of "Le Journal," was requested to leave without delay after a 'phone talk to Paris in which the editor asked whether it was true that General Balbo had recently visited Paris secretly.
The Ministry of Propaganda tapped the call and took a verbatim note of the questions and answers.
