MOSCOW, June 25
An official message states that serious fighting occurred last month on the border of Outer Mongolia and Manchukuo.
The Outer Mongolia forces were at first forced to retreat, but the Japanese and M'anchurian troops were subsccpiently repulsed, leaving 400 killed and many wounded.
The .Mongolians lost 40 killed and 70 wounded.
