MOTOR SHIP DELAYED.
ELEVEN OF CREW MISSING.

CHRISTCHURCH, Sunday.
I The Union Company's chartered motorship Cape Horn, which was to have sailed from Lyttelton yesterday afternoon for Dunedin. is ' held up because of the absence of eleven memners of her crew.
I It is understood that the men have labsented themselves pending a decision on a claim which they have made to be placed on Xew Zealand rates of pay and conditions. A conference between representatives of the Seamen's L T nion ind the Union Company officials will be held on Monday.
