No Further Borrowing Needed
For Long Time.
INTERNAL LOAN SUCCESS

PARIS. May 25
M. Keynaud, Minister of Finance, in a broadcast talk said France had now no short-term loans abroad. He signed yesterday contracts with Dutch and Swiss banks converting six months' borrowings into a six years' loan. France's new internal loan had just closed and had proved one of the greatest successes since 1928.
The Treasury would not appear on the capital market as a borrower for a considerable time. The economic position was improving simultaneously with the financial.
