Mr. Kevell said he took the Queen to Ins drawing room. She did not appear to be hurt, but complained of her back mid sai<l she might have sustained some slight bruises. The Queen had a cup of tea and an aspirin. "Wμ telephoned round for a doctor, hut none was at home." sai.l .Air. Novell. "The Queon said she would he all right after resting a feu minutes. She apologised for ; 'the house being upset.'" Queen Mary's immediate engagements have been cancelled. Then; will be no further doctors' statement until tomorrow. The following bulletin signed by the Royal physician, Lord Dawson of Penn, was issued at Marlborough House at 7.3<l p.m., says a British official wireless message:—"Queen Mary is suffering from, bruising and shock as the result of the accident. Though the bruising is considerable and will ;iced some days of complete rest. Her Majesty's condition this evening was satisfactory." I
