TERRITORIAL APPEAL.! 200 RECRUITS NEEDED. HEALTH GENERALLY GOOD. Only about 200 recruits are now needed to brinjr the number of volunteers for the territorial force* up to 1000, the number for which the Mayor, Sir Ernest. Davit*, originally appealed. The number of new trainee* is 810, and the committee is hopeful that in the next few day~ the denire<l total will be reached.
