REMOVAL FROM MOORINGS. I OEAREI BOAT HARBOUR SCHEME. The work of shifting the moorings of a number of yachts and pleasure boats from the western skip of the eastern tide-dpflector is proceeding, and by the end of the month a considerable area in that locality will be cleared to provide space needed in connection with operations of trans-ocean flying craft. So far, no provision has been made for new moorings for the craft which have to be shifted, although a number of them have already been hauled out for thoir winter quarters on -tlie foreslmrp of different parts of the hnrbotir. The chairman of the Am-klnm! Harbour Board. Mr. W. J!.
