FAREWELL CALL.
BRITISH ENVOY IN ITALY. British Official Wireless. (Received 9.30 a.m.) RUGBY, April 23. The Earl of Perth, who is giving up his post as British Ambassador at Rome, made a farewell call on Signor Mussolini on Friday. The Italian Foreign Minister, Count Ciano, was present at the interview.
