TWO DEATHS.
WEEK-END MISHAPS. MOTOR CYCLES INVOLVED. i ___ SEVERAL, COLLISIONS. Accidents involving motor cyclists resulted in one death and two casualties in the Dominion during the week-end. Another fatality occurred in unknown circumstances, a man being found with a head injury in front of hie house, while a woman was killed when the cycle ehe was riding collided with a motor car. There were several other minor mtehaps in Auckland and various parts of the countryHead injuries from which he died in' the Christehurch Hospital yesterday morning were suffered .by Mr. Edward Joseph Brocherie, aged 25, of 9, Maxwell Street, Kiccarton, when he was thrown from a motor cycle in Lincoln Road shortly after midnight on Saturday, says a Press Association telegram from Christchureh. Mr. Brocherie was a pillion passenger on the machine which was ridden by his brother, Mr. Clarence B. Brocherie. The motor cycle collided with a bicycle, which was being pushed by a pedestrian, and overturned. The rider of the motor cycle was uninjured.
