The Auckland Croquet' ieeocJatibn'e annual champion-of-champions tournament terminated yesterday. In the final, Mrs. Clarke beat Mrs. Maxwell, the former thus winning the title and the New Zealand Croquet jeilver button. . " The trophies were presented at the conclusion of the play by Mrs. C. Webber, (resident of the Auckland Association.
