Sytheman, J.P.'s, in the Warkworth Police Court yesterday, Roy Cameron Colquboun, a labourer employed on willow clearance at Hoteo, was charged with intoxication while in charge of a car. Constable Robertson, of Warkworth, said that he apprehended the accused on the main highway, about one mile north of Warkworth. Hi's car was stationary in the middle of the road and he was obviously under the influence of liquor. The car was in a bad condition, having neither bonnet nor hood. A medical certificate submitted substantiated the statement regarding the accused's condition.
