PRESENTATIONS.
A crowded gathering of parishioners of the Church of the Assumption, Onehunga, in St. Mary's Hall farewciied the Rev. Father A. H. Hyde, who ha? been promoted to the charge of the Dargaville parish. Monsignor J. Cahill, on behalf of the parishioners, presented Father Hyde with a well-tilled wallet as a token of the esteem and affection in which he was held by all se ;tions of the congregation. Mr. P. Henehan presided, and Mr. Frank Brennan, on behalf of the parishioners, expressed appreciation of the services rendered by Father Hyde during the nine years cf his ministry in Onehunga. Further tributes were paid by Father Haydock and Mr. C. McCullough.
