GERMANY TO CZECHS. Terms For Guaranteeing FrontierL VIRTUAL SUBJECTION. Independent Cable Service. LONDOX, February 9. It is reported that the Czech Cabinet is considering Herr Hitler's 10 conditions for the guarantee by Germany of the frontiers established for Czechoslovakia by the Munich Agreement. . The conditions are as follows: — ,(1) The complete neutralisation of Czechoslovakia. (2) Foreign policy to be aligned with Germany's. • (3) ilmmediate withdrawal from the League of Xations. (4) Substantial reduction of the Czech Army. (5) Part of the gold reserve to be handed over to Germany. (6) AH Czech currency in Sudetenland to be exchangeable for Czech goods and raw materials. (7) Czech markets to be unreservedly open to Sudeten industries. (8) Anti-Jewish legislation on the Nuremberg pattern. ,- ' (0) Removal from the Army .and civil services of all Czechs displeasing to Germany. (10) Germans in Czechoslovakia to have full liberty to fly flags, wear badges and attend their own schools.
