SPORT IN PROVINCE. FLOTJBISHING . CONDITION. CHATS GROUPS MOOTED. "There is being established a chain of amateur athletic clubs, or rather a series of chains," said Mr. H. L. Towers, president o£ the Auckland centre of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association when he returned from a visit to the country districts this week. .
