ITALIAN TROOPS.
MOVEMENTS IN AFRICA.

LONDON, February 8.
Reuter's Rome correspondent says Italy in recent weeks has sent further troops to Tripoli and Libya, statements in which connection are not denied by officials.
It is reported from Jibouti that Italian troops and 'planes are concentrated at Jigajiga, 30 miles west of British Somaliland.
Mr. Chamberlain, in the House of Commons, said that Italy advised Britain that her forces in Libva were between 30.000 and 32,000.
