Poland May Make Demands If World Conference Held.

WARSAW, February 8
The Foreign Under-Secretary, Count Szembek, told the Senate Committee that Poland reserved the right to state her colonial claims during any international discussion of colonial problems.
This interested diplomatic circles because official colonial claims have not previously been formulated, as a desire to possess territories is merely a desire to have access to raw materials and territories for emigration.
