The "Daily Telegraph" Bombay correspondent says the projected resignation of 12 of l<s members of the Conjrreee executive as a result of Chandra Bose's election has not improved the prospect for federation. Those resigning represent the Right Wing. Chandra Bose is etrongly opposed to compromise with Britain.
