DELIVERY BY TELEGRAPH.
Flori«ts from nil parts of tlie Dominion gathered in the Unity Hall to attend the annual conference of the Xew Zealand branch <if the International Florists' Telegraph Delivery Association. The association. which lias 15.000 bonded agencies, aims to ensure delivery of flowers at short notice in overseas countries. Its headquarters are in the Cnited States. Officer* elected were: President, Mr. .1. W. Stewart (Xew Plymouth); vicepresidents, Mr. L. Theakstone (Xapicr), Mr. W. S. Elsom (Christchiirch) ; Dominion secretary. Miss' E. M. Black (Wellington) ; Dominion council. Miss Hall. .Miss J'oole, Mrs. A. H. Fisher. Miss Heineinann, Mr. G. A. Williams: general secretary and treasurer. Mrs. M. Thomas. Wellington; librarian, Mips M. Thomson executive, Mr. J. Batexon (Hamilton), Miss Rattray and Mrs. Carr (Auckland), Miss J. Parkes (PfllmerHton North). Miss McKenzie (Masterton), Miss Hall (Wellington), Mrs. Sam Kersley (Carterton), Mrs. Bush (Greymonth), Miss Wearing (Xelson), Miss Feaver (Christchiireh), Miss Barry (Dunedin), Mrs. Eric Paterson (Dunedin).
