RECOMMEXDATIOX TO MERCY

DINKDIN, Wednesday
Having obtained a specialist'* report since the accused was found guilty of negligently driving a car so as to cause death, the Chief Justice. Sir Michael Myeix, fined Alexander .John Black £2n with costs £40, and suspended his license for three years. The Judge took into consideration the fact thTit Black had defective eyesight and the jury's recommendation to mercy.
