RESTRICTIONS TO STAND.
PARKING AT HOSPITAL
Advice was received by the New market Borough Council from the Auckland Hospital Board last night that the restrictions governing parking in the hospital ground* during visiting hour* could not be lifted. The town clerk. Mr. H. Wilson, stated ! that the -fact seemed to have !»een over- ! looked that the council sought an 1 assurance tint car parking facilities ! would be included i" "»y future hospital buildin- scheme. "The council could pass a by-law prohibiting parking in 1 I'uk Ko»d during the*e hours, and ' vi-itor* might then have to leave their cars about a mile from the hospital" he will, The letter was referred i to the public safety committee for consideration.
