ANTI-AIR DEFENCE.
Regular Artillery Regiments For London. SUPPLEMENT TERRITORIALS. LONDOX, February 7. Mr. Hore-Belisha, Secretary for War, announced that although not desirous of qualifying the territorials' responsibility for aiiti-aerial defence, which they were discharging efficiently, the Government decided to reinforce the territorial anti-aircraft artillery which would be stationed in London and neighbourhood. DEATH OF "TRAITORS." SHANGHAI ASSASSINATIONS. SHANGHAI, February 7. Two Chinese officials, belonging to the Japanese-controlled administration, one of whom was counsellor at the Ministry of Finance, were assassinated in the International Settlement. A note pinned on the counsellor's body said: "You are a traitor."
