APPEAL DISMISSED.
ALLEGED INTERFERENCE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WANGANUI, Tuesday. The Wanganui district committee this afternoon heard the appeal of Mr. J. Manuel, owner of Sporting Gift, against the decision of the Ashhurst-Pohangina Racing Club's judicial committee in taking no action regarding alleged interference with Sporting Gift by Gay' Chou during the running of the Rauniai Handicap at Aehhurst on January 23.
The appeal was not allowed. The committee ordered that the fee lodged by Mr. Manuel be refunded.
