HOBSONVILLE DANCE.
R.S.A. QUEEN CARNIVAL. The queen carnival dance held in Hobsonville was a great success, a large crowd attending. The eastern queen, Miss Eileen Carroll, benefited. The carnival is being rim by the Henderson unit of the Western " Suburbs Returned Soldier*' Association. Winners of the Monte Carlos were Mise K. Jurakovich and Mr. W. Dance; Miss Sissons and Mr. P. Norton. Miss J. Cope la nd was the winner of a competition. Among those preeent were: Mesdames Carroll, Morrison, Abrahams, Pearce, F. Williams, Strawbridge, Swenon, Monteith, Stockwell, E. Thompson. H. Thompson, Conley, Pratt, Farquhar; Misses Betty Harvey, D. Sutherland, Paphe Pearce, V. Raines, O. Luketina, B. Stratton, Joyce Cope land, E. Sissona, L. At well (Huntly), P. Jerome, C. Frankton, Ivy Leelie, Ma vie-Leslie, Lily Hayes, A. Thompson, Conley, Battey, Vera Booth, Betty Lee, Florence Boot, Buddy Moore, Hazel Moore, Lorraine Wormald, Grace Walker, Beth Walker, Kath Walker, Owen Baker, Mary Matutinovich, I.
