REFUGEES HELP IDLE.
FACTORIES IN BRITAIN. (Received 2 p.m.) LONDON, February 6. Instancing increased trade resulting from the admission of refugees, Sir Samuel Hoare, Home Secretary, said that 11,000 migrants had provided work for 15.000 British workers who otherwise would have been unemployed. Permission had been given for the establishment of 200 factories by refugees in distressed and industrial areas.
