COMING OF AGE.
An enjoyable dance was held at the Oddfellows' Hall. Avondale, on Saturday evening to celebrate the coming of age of Mr. R. Ivor Parry.
During the evening items were rendered bv Mr. and Mrs. L. Jones and Mr. .lolin l'irihi. Mr. L. Jones proposed the toast of the guest of honour.
Among those present were: Mesdames Fisher Jones (hostess). Pirihi. Smith, Kelleway. Martin, Morrison, Bartram, Kelly. Gelling. Heron, White, .T. .Tones, W. Jones, Misses Marsden, Roberts, Price, Reid, Chappell, Hutchinson.
