INDIA'S DEMANDS.
CONGRESS RESOLUTIONS
(Received 2 p.m.) BERLIN, February 5. The Bengal Congress Political Conference passed a resolution during the All-India Congress to send an ultimatum to Britain seeking a categorical answer within six months to India's national demand for the right to form its own constitution by a constituent assembly and reiterating uncompromising opposition to federation.
Congress will preserve the right to any .necessary action to enforce its demand if Britain does not reply or replies unsatisfactorily.
