CABARET METROPOLE.
Judging by patrons' enjoyment at the Romanos Dance Club in the Cabaret Metropole on Saturday night, the introduction of old-time dancea into the programme will prove to be a popular success. Alternate modern and old-time numbers gave the dances a variety which so often is lacking in a straight-out modern programme. On tlie modern aide there were the usual foxtrots, quick-steps, waltzes and fox-trot Monte Carlo, while the old-time waltz was a firm favourite and the valeta, two-step and others were much appreciated. The mu&ic and vocal refrains were provided by Art Larkln'e orchestra. Supper was served in the supper-room downstairs. Prizes were given to the ladies in the Monte Carlo and Lucky Nutober compttition. I
