Coldwell, a Commonwealth Federation member. Pensions, increased wages, shorter hours and guaranteed farm prices showed what a Government could do. Mr. Coldwell urged the admission into Canada of a stipulated number of Jewish refugees, declaring that New Zealand led in that direction also.
