PRIZE-GIVING.
ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION. The Auckland Girl*' Athletic Association held their prize-giving l.i>t evening in the St. Sepulchre's Hull. Khyber Pass. About 2."i() girls, were present in their team costumes, and a happy evening was spent receiving the many tups and other trophies that were presented.
Miss A. L. London was In the chair and Mrs. H. G, R. Mason presented the trophies. Mr. K. C. Reid and MeNicholl. who trained the girls for the sports, spoke a few words to tho.se assembled, and congratulated them on their display. Several items were contributed by the girls- and supper concluded tlie evening.
