KEEN ON N.Z. VISIT.
DON BRADMAN'S ATTITUDE. RECOVERY FROM INJURY. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Mr. Dan Reese, of Christchurch, returned from Australia by the Awatea to-day. While in the Commonwealth he looked up a number of former and present cricketers, including Don iftadman, who, he said, was very keen to visit New Zealand.
Mr. Reese said that Bradman had recovered well from the injury he suffered in England. He spent some time with Warwick Armstrong, A. Noble and Clem Hill. Armstrong now weighs 21 stone, but actually is no heavier than when he was playing in 1921. "No wonder he frightened the batsmen," said Mr. Reese, who added that Armstrong was keeping very well. Mr. Reese visited Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. He was the representative of the West Coast Sawmill era' Association at the timber congress in Melbourne.
