CORDELL HULL SAILS.
! PAN-AMERICAN CONFERENCE. XEW YORK, November 27. Headed by Mr. Cordell Hull, the United States delegation to the Lima Pan-American Conference sailed yesterday. After a 10-minute conference between Mr. Hull and the returning Ambassador to Berlin, Mr. Hugh Wilson, details of which were not revealed, Mr. Hull read a statement asserting that the conference "offers solid cause for hope in a world threatened with despair."
