BOMBING INQUIRY.
RAIDS ON TARRAGONA RUGBY, November 27. A report on the bombing of Tarragona on November 7 has been made by the Commission for the Investigation of Air Bombardments in Spain at the invitation of the Spanish Government. This expresses the sincere hope that the beautiful city, with its historic Cathedral and 47.000 civilian inhabitants, may be spared from further destruction. In the air raid on the occasion referred to 30 houses and a civil hospital were destroyed, seven people were killed and 31 were wtanded.
