ENJOYABLE CONCERT.
The Victoria Leapuc Younp Contin- j pent gave a concert at the Evelyn Firth Home. Songs were piven by Mrs. Reg. Humphreys, Miss Ray King and Miss Freda Warnock. Chorus songs were contributed by the Misses Peppy Cooper, Mary Early, Helen Kraser, I?cwa Henley. Jean Henson. Eileen Jeffcoate, Pliyl Mackesv, Sheila Murdock, Betty Prestor Thomas, Ruth Ryder. Recitations were given by Mrs. Jock Allen, Miss Edna de Marr and Miss Margaret Parkinson, and pianoforte solos were given by Mrs. Reg Reed. A ballet, "Dance of the Flames, w«b danced by the following pirls: Jean Thomson, Marjorie Cerutty, Marjorie Sherlock, May Sprigps, Alison Lairy. Rewa Henley, Jean Henson. Edna de Marr. Mrs. Reg Reed acted as accompanist. At the end of the concert Mr. Chaney thanked the girls for the enjoyable concert.
