TECHNICAL COLLEGE WORK. The workshop*. Inborn tories and classrooms of the Seddon Memorial Technical College were inspected by large numbers «f visitors yesterday, when the college wn thrown open to parents anil friends on the occasion of the annual "open day." Over 900 entries of flowers, fruit and vegetables, ail grown by pupils, were exhibited in an attractive display in the college hall. Pressed collections of rlovers, grasses and weeds and a further enllection of named native foliage received certificates from the Auckland Horticultura I Nociet v. Other displays, one of which illust.rated agricultural science, were also inspected by many visitor*.
