COMMUNISTS ARE BARRED.
"The Labour party is the only political party *in New Zealand which denies membership to Communists, M declared Mr, A* G. Osborne, Labour candidate for Onehunga, addressing an audience of about 150 at Ellerslie last night.
A vote of thanks and confidence was carrted without dissent and was followed by cheers for the candidate and the Prime Minister.
