THINGS ,TO COME.
Thp electors are still being informed of the vast benefits that have been, and are going to he. retained by the workers of tbi* country if the Labour Government is again returned to power. The following facts should be of interest to the electors. When 'the union secretaries of the New Zealand Federated Drivers and Related Trades Union went to tile Arbitration Court at Wellington they were loud in their complaints of the conditions under which the Government employees of the Toad transport services, had to work. These complaint* were duly noted by the Court, but to the astonishment of the private operator* of transport in this country it was found when the new award wa« issued that the Government road services had total exemption from the provisions of the award. So here we hava the men who work driving Government transport vehicles with very much less favourable working conditions than their brothers who work for private enterprise. If this is a sample of the Labour Government's idea of fair pay Ito the workers of this country, I must rtf jto the workers, don't be fooled again, but safeguard yourselves by voting NATIONAL.
