MEET MANUKAU TO-MORROW
After a very Biicceasful opening of their tour on Saturday, when they easily defeated Mftrigt, the Auckland champion club, the Eastern Suburb* team, of Sydney, will play the second match of their tour at Carlaw Park tomorrow afternoon, when they will meet Manukau. A last and open contest may be anticipated.
1 ne visitors made a bin impression with their inter-play and combination against Marist. and nave a very spectacular exposition of the code. They will meet in .Manukau a team which is capable of plavinn the same sort of bright football, and if the Manukau team play reaches its highest level it should bo II Very entertaining game. The Manukau 'pack is neavy and last, ami the barks can combine efficiently and show entei iirise. They will need, however, to take a lesson from last Saturday's name, and tackle the man with the ball, as strong and resolute defence is needed when the Sydney backs are in possession.
