THE VOTING PAPERS. (From Our Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, Wednesday. The Chief Electoral Officer, Mr. G. G. Hodgkins, eaid that every precaution would be taken to see that the, voting papers at the general election were properly safeguarded during the week-end after election day.
