MILK IN SCHOOLS.
CHILDREN'S PREFERENCE.
SMALLER BOTTLES SUGGESTED.

WELINGTON, this day.
The Wellington Education Board has decided to send to the Health Department a copy of a report presented to it by ite secretary with regard to con'eiderable preference being shown by many school children for a smaller bottle of milk than the half-pints at present 1 distributed.
The report indicates that a certain amount of waste is going on. A memorandum from the Education Department eaid that arrangements were being completed for a free supply of dried malted milk for cocoa-making to schools hot now supplied with ptesteuri ised bottled milk.
