-Ilie following table fiurnislies a guide to investors. It shows the trend of the market over twelve months lor a comprehensive list of securities, at the same time indicating the latest movements, namely, from a week ago to the date of compilation. The rate of interest, obtainable to present-day purchasers is also presented, the calculation based on the latest dividends. Wliere the dividend is paid in sterling exchange is added. Brokers' commission is not allowed for. Sincfl last review business on 'Chanjre has been dull, with a downward trend 111 prices. Government stocks Imve eased further, and the interest return to present purchasers is accordingly higher.
