ANNUAL MEETING.

ELECTION* OF OFFICERS, 1988-39. The twenty-ninth annnal meeting of the Richmond Cruising Club was held last evening in the clubhouse, Sloane's Bench, the president, Mr. K. A. Kew, presiding over a good attendance. The report, submitted by the hon. secretary, Mr. K. L. October 1, wh*>n the annual race for naval whalers manned by members of the local yacht clubs will be sailed, starting and tin billing tiff the Naval Base, Devonport.
