A presentation of a cigarette case, with the club's badge in enamel, wax made to Mr. H. Howell, ex-comuiodore and a former treasurer. A motion by Mr. McKnight. rescinding- the rale that flag officers should retire after two years was carried unanimously. Votes of thanks to the ladies, u> retiring officers, the Harbour Board'und the I'rees concluded ■ the business.
